BOOKING – GENERAL INFORMATION:

Is registration in the ticket shop of GOLDBECK Parking Services GmbH necessary to purchase tickets?
No, registration is not required. You can provide us your full name, address, and email address as billing information.

When can I receive my tickets?
After successful payment, you will receive your ticket via a direct download link sent to your email. If payment has not yet been completed, you will receive a payment link reminding you to complete the payment. Please check your email inbox regularly, including your spam folder, to ensure you receive the order confirmation.

Is it necessary to print out my parking ticket, and does it proof the parking authorization?
Yes, it is necessary to print your parking ticket in DIN A4 format (a black-and-white printout is sufficient). Please prepare your printed ticket for event and leave your parking permit clearly visible on the windscreen. The printout serves as a parking ticket and will be scanned on-site to verify its validity.

What happens if I lose my parking ticket?
In case you lose your parking ticket, it can be downloaded again at any time using the direct download link in your booking confirmation. Without a valid parking ticket, you will need to purchase a new ticket on-site.

Can I place an order by phone?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to place an order by phone. However, you can conveniently book your ticket via our online ticket shop. Alternatively, parking tickets can be directly purchased on-site.


PARKING AT MESSE DÜSSELDORF:

Is my parking ticket valid for a specific parking space?
No, you are purchasing a space on the parking lot of your choice. A spot is guaranteed and will be assigned to you by our on-site staff member.

Can I leave my vehicle parked overnight?
Overnight parking is generally allowed. However, please be sure that your parking ticket is still valid and clearly displayed on your vehicle’s windscreen. If the ticket has expired, a parking fine will be imposed and you will be obliged to pay a penalty in the amount of two parking fees according to our General Parking Conditions Section 6.1. The parking fine will contain all necessary payment details.

Which address shall I enter into my navigation system to get to the Messe?
Please enter the following address into your navigation system:
“Am Staad (Stockumer Höfe), 40474 Düsseldorf”.

Is it possible to reserve a parking space with electricity in advance?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to reserve parking spaces with electricity in advance. These spots can be only be assigned on-site at the Caravan Center. Please ask our staff for assistance upon arrival.

How long is my parking ticket valid if an event ends after midnight?
Your parking ticket remains valid until you leave the parking lot, even if an event (e.g., concerts or football games) ends after midnight.


ACCESSIBILITY:

Where can I find parking spaces for disabled persons at Messe Düsseldorf?
Disabled parking spaces (for persons whose disability pass/certificate contains marking “aG” or “BI”) are available on Arena-Straße, directly in front of the North Entrance of the Messe Düsseldorf.

Is the shuttle service accessible and suitable for wheelchair users?
Yes, the shuttle service is fully accessible and suitable for wheelchair users.


CANCELLATION/REBOOKING:

Can I cancel my parking ticket if I am not able to attend the event?
Only consumers (§ 13 German Civil Code BGB) have the right of withdrawal. Business customers (traders) (§ 14 German Civil Code BGB) which also includes trade visitors do not have this right. For parking at the CARAVAN Center, which is also used for overnight stays, the right of withdrawal is excluded in accordance with § 312g Para. 2 No. 9 of the German Civil Code BGB.
Parking tickets for MOTORHOMES/CARAVANS for the CARAVAN SALON event can be cancelled up to 3 calendar days before the booked date. After that, cancellation is no longer possible. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions AGB.

Can I rebook my order?
Rebooking is unfortunately not possible. If you booked the wrong date, we can cancel your order so that you can make a new one.


PAYMENT:

Which payment methods offers GOLDBECK Parking Services GmbH?
In our ticket shop you can pay with Mastercard, Visa, or debit card. PayPal or other payment methods are not accepted.

Can I use bank transfer if I don’t have a credit card?
Only the abovementioned payment methods are accepted; bank transfers are not allowed.

What is a debit card?
A debit card is a payment card directly linked to your checking account. It allows you to make purchases both in stores and online as well as withdraw cash. The payment amount is debited immediately from your account.

How long does it take to receive a refund after cancellation of my booking?
Once your refund has been initiated, it may take a few working days to be credited to your account. If you have not received the refund, please contact: messe-dus@goldbeck-parking.de.


CARAVAN CENTER:

Is it allowed to stay overnight with my motorhome in the Caravan Center after the event?
Yes, staying overnight with a motorhome after the event is generally allowed in the Caravan Center. You can purchase your parking ticket using a payment machine available on-site. Please note: only card payments are accepted.

Does the Caravan Center offer fresh water refills and sanitary facilities such as showers?
The Caravan Center offers extensive supply and disposal facilities. You will find waste and recycling containers, as well as free stations for fresh water and the disposal of greywater and waste. Sanitary facilities are also available. For using of these facilities you need a code, which will be provided on-site.

What is a day ticket and how long is it valid?
A day ticket allows you to park during one specific calendar day. It is valid from 00:00 till 23:59 on that day, which means that this ticket is only valid during one calendar day. For some events, such as the Caravan Salon, different parking regulations may apply.

How can I extend my stay at the Caravan Center?
You can extend your stay on-site, when free parking spaces are still available. Please note that after the event you cannot extend your stay using the ticket shop of GOLDBECK Parking Services. Please buy an additional ticket using payment machines on-site.
Exception: During the Caravan Salon, it is not possible to book a spot in the Caravan Center. Spaces are available at the parking lot P1. There is no entitlement to a specific parking space. Reservations however can be made via the ticket shop.
