Do I have to register in the ticket store of GOLDBECK Parking Services GmbH,
to be able to buy tickets?
Registration is not necessary. You only need to enter your full name, address and e-mail address as billing information.
When will the tickets be sent to me?
After successful payment, we will send you your ticket either as a download link to the e-mail address provided. Please check your e-mails and also check whether you have received an order confirmation in advance. Please also check your spam folder.
Do I have to print out my parking ticket?
Basically yes! Please print out your ticket in A4 format (black and white is sufficient) and bring it with you to the event.
Is the printout sufficient proof of my parking authorization?
The printout is your parking ticket. This is scanned in the parking lot and checked for validity. Please make sure that the QR code on your printout is legible.
Is my parking ticket valid for a specific parking space?
No, our staff will assign you a parking space.
I would like to attend an event on several days. Do I have to buy a separate ticket for each day?
No, for multi-day events you can determine the validity period of your ticket yourself when ordering. Please make sure that you have your ticket with you on all days of your visit.
Can I leave my vehicle overnight?
This is generally possible. If you wish to do so, please print out your parking ticket and display it clearly in your vehicle. The following day, the parking ticket will be scanned again by our staff and its validity checked. If the parking ticket has expired, you will find a notice on your car asking you to pay the parking fee for that day. You can do this up to two hours before the end of the event in the parking lots or afterwards via our service team. Of course, you also have the option of transferring your parking fee. You will find the relevant details on the information slip.
What happens if I have lost my parking ticket?
You will receive a link with your booking confirmation which you can use to call up your order and download your parking ticket again. We cannot issue you with a replacement ticket in the parking lots. If you do not have a valid parking ticket with you on the day of the event, you will unfortunately have to purchase a new parking ticket on site. We recommend that you save the confirmation e-mail with the download link.
Can I return my parking ticket if I am unable to attend on the day of the event?
A statutory right of withdrawal exists only for consumers (§ 13 BGB) and not for entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB), which means that trade visitors have no right of withdrawal.
An exception is parking at the CARAVAN Center if the parking is for overnight accommodation. The right of withdrawal is therefore excluded in accordance with Section 312g (2) No. 9 BGB.
Cancellation of parking tickets for REISEMOBILE / CARAVANS for the CARAVAN SALON trade fair is possible up to 3 calendar days before the start of the booked reservation period. Parking tickets purchased after this date can no longer be canceled. This also applies to parking tickets booked within this period.
What payment options does GOLDBECK Parking Services GmbH offer?
You can pay with Mastercard, Visa or Debitkarte.
Payment with PayPal is not possible.
